    Can't connect to the server since 4 weeks. Always says server is not available. Was working great before. Others have the same problem. Please fix that.

    It's been okay so far, nothing like the PC game cuz this one so linear, and u need gems for EVERYTHING. And the last 3 days I haven't been able to play cuz it says "the zoo tycoon service is unavailable. Please try again later" and it's very frustrating.

    Great game! Everything works well and looks perfect in the game. It sometimes won't load, but usually opens after second try. UPDATE: Since January 12, 2015, it won't load at all. It opens and plays the intro music all the way through, but then it just sits there (not) connecting.

    Game was good but since the the start of 2015 cannot connect to server and the worst the worst thing no acknowledgement from Microsoft on it

    Server is down every other day, making play impossible. Given you have to babysit you animals every 1-2 hours due to the badly designed feed mechanic, you end up with sick animals. Seriously; people need to sleep, you know.

    BROKEN! I paid real money for the Welcome Bundle and received nothing. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting for the promised diamonds. Other than that, this is an okay game worth checking out. Gets a little repetitive and somewhat boring after a while. - Nokia Lumia Icon
