Launches, but cannot open the newstands. Useless.

Great app but, for some reason, the newstand isn't available right now. Please, fix it!! 😊

"the newsstand is currently unavailable. Please try again later. (have tried multiple times.)

I've reinstalled the app and now I get this stupid "Select your Interests" message I've answered before, followed by a message saying the newsstand is unavailable. But I can still access the newsstand from my PC. Why can I not get to the magazines I paid money for?? Does Zinio just not care about Windows Phone???? Am I the only person trying to read the Economist on this Windows Phone app? In every issue for months now every several pages a page is left out (blank). I've been in touch with Zinio countless times and they say they can't duplicate the problem, but I'm seriously doubting they've checked Windows Phone 8.1. Seems like they'd give a little more attention to the world's premier news magazine that costs about $125/year.

Not a lot of options for us Windows phone users and this app is probably slightly better than the other ones. My question is why are developed so lazy when it comes to Windows phone? Even Microsoft seems to be apathetic as hell, that's the reason Windows phone is so fast behind Android and even ios.

I have been looking for an app to learn about new and exciting things, interesting tips, just fun stuff. And this app sounded perfect, and to an extent it is just that. Buut in quite a few articles I've tried to read I just saw a bunch of prices and symbols, sometimes there weren't enough words for me to even try to follow. Some articles will be discussing something that is shown in an image...but there would be no image to refer to. Overall it's a great app, I still use it alll the time.
