    The app may be ok, but I paid for a subscription and it worked for a short period of time, then the app started to say that my "trial" had expired. The app will not let me do anything about it, even if I wanted to double pay for the subscription. Even worse, several communications with support have resulted in no resolution for months.

    Hey guys. I used this app, it worked great, I'm into ethnic cuisines, and it always showed me the ethnic places around the places I visited. I would pay $ 10 bucks to have this for another year. But how can I do it ? I tried deleting and re-installing and it didnt work. Didn't let me re-purchase it. Guys, fix this ! Can't believe that u can't figure out a way for ppl who wanna pay.

    Would have given 0 stars if I could! I liked it when it worked, but like so many others have said, it won't work anymore, says trial is over. I've bought the app, twice, it's not a trial. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works!

    Lost without the Zagat. This was theeee trusted source for every hotel I managed at.

    Very disappointing: after one year, the app expires and you can't access the content. 1) I don't remember seeing mention of this when I bought the app. 2) there is no way to regain access to the content. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, neither does attempting to purchase again. What kind of company puts out an app like that and, given that I'm not the only one to have left such feedback, doesn't scramble to fix it asap?

    This app sucks. The fact that zagat thinks they can charge $10 for an app that does the same thing as open table, which is free and has rewards, and not offer anything in return to its customers, is insulting. I am glad I didn't pay for this ***.

    App no longer works. Claims trial expired, but I didn't have a trial I had a paid copy. I see no way to fix this.

    Thought it was good until my year was up. There seems to be no way to renew -- it just exits. Having paid $10 for this app, I feel rather cheated.

    If you cannot use this app after purchase, uninstall and re-install this app. It works well.
