2/2/2014This is the most in-depth and concise Yoga app on the marketplace that's free (and I've had a few of them) Great Work =]
1/7/2014Great app!!! Full with almost asanas you want to do
9/21/2013Great app. A very normal person is doing yoga. A not-so-flexible person, like me, can easily follow it.
8/21/2013Great tool to learn about the poses and why we do them.
8/17/2013Good one. is the same level of info available online? site name?
3/17/2013Useful. I think it will take forever to get to a more advanced level.
11/15/2012This app has a very simplistic and highly informational atmosphere to it, however the instructor in most of the pictures cannot seem to achieve yoga moves , and is doing more so what looks like easy modifications of already easy moves. The pictures all need to be redone in a professional setting, as well as with somebody who can properly display the moves.
10/16/2012Awesome app. For a mom on the go, who loves yoga, this is a great app.
10/13/2012Very informative and explanatory. God bless you for putting this excellent app. I'd give it a ***** if "pranayama"-breathing was included in detail. Most Yoga practitioners miss this 4th important aspect, the art of breathing to realize, experience the cosmic energy within. I'd also like to mention Yama, Niyama, Asana: Yogapedia is instructing. Pranayama helps regain the energy. After asana, pranayama is important, but do this in wide, open space outside in a park. Or in your backyard, where there are trees, flowering plants etc.
