    Love this. Very helpful easy to follow directions for exercises that work. Ability to pin individual workouts to home.

    This app really needs work. I used the "Try" version so maybe the real version gives you everything, if so it doesn't induce me to pay the money as many things are just wrong. Timer starts before you can even read the exercise. There is no obvious way to move between exercises other than going back and forth, unless that is the grey button in which case it doesn't work to do anything on the Nokia 900 running WM 7.5. Rather than animating the exercise they use A and B which may not be explicit to the inexperienced (which I am not). The weight selections should always include 0 for anybody just starting out and 5 pound increments don't work in the lower end. It isn't clear if this app actually logs anything and how to pull up a summary of your workout. Basically, the product manager and programmers really need to get their collective act together on this one. I have been a Rodale fan for years and this doesn't cut it.

    Ehh the process of logging in your workout is something I don't get. Shouldn't I be able to log in other cardio and caloric intake so I can lose weight ? This app needs work I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
