9/30/2014Great app. However there are days when powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting are done. Or just strength days. And option for that would be nice. I dont know why we need to put a time in for a strength lift. Otherwise very good.
9/18/2014Has everything you need and want for WODS and to monitor progress and check feeds when you're not in the gym. Perfect.
8/12/2014Lots of options but still a few problems. Tabata and interval clock starts with the rest. Wish I could see my 1RM's at a glance on one page.

4/8/2014Best Crossfit "journal" for workouts I've seen. The navigation can be confusing but love that I can put everything in this app. The ability to add workouts is awesome and that you can save to SkyDrive. Can't beat that. Updated: awesome features and the nav has been improved
