winPrayer calculates muslim prayer times considering your current location which can be retreived via GPS or Internet. 

winPrayer can display qibla direction via compass, live tiles with daily prayer times, prayer times reminders and more...

When notifications and live tiles are enabled, due to Windows Phone 7 restrictions, please open application every 14 days to reschedule notifications and calculate prayer times for live tiles
(You will be reminded of this through toast notification).

For Balkan states (Bosnia, Kosovo, Serbia, Croatia...) winPrayer uses local database to show correct prayer times (this is due unknown calculation method in these areas).

    For people that are saying no live tiles...if you pin the app you won't get live tiles. You have to set the location first then touch the i circle to add a live tile with in the app. Maybe the developer would make a better design to avoid this mistake :)
