vNESLight is a free Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) emulator with a rich set of features and customization. This version is ad-supported, but fully functional. For the ad-free version please search for vNESLight Pro.

It does not contain any roms other than two freeware demo roms and it does not condone piracy. You can add your own games easily.

You can add games via the new SkyDrive integration, just add your games to http://skydrive.live.com/ (every WP7 user has a free SkyDrive account with their live account.) Then sign in via the app to add your own games. You can also add directly via the web from url. Support for zip, rar and single nes files.
