Great app. Simple to use. Takes you close to your limit, then almost lets you fully recover before starting the next interval of running. Haven't run in over 30 years. Seems to be an excellent gently paced method of getting into running.

    Just started love it.

The pause button is way to touchy. I kept pushing it by mistake, losing the correct timing. It would not post to Facebook..Unhappy with app. Needs work.

Great app in conjunction with my C25K group that meets once a week. Keeps me going when I'm on my own. I don't listen to music (running alone, like to be aware of my surroundings) and can hear the voices cues just fine.

A good app except about once a run it will miss an audio queue.

Constantly pausing which makes it completely annoying to use.

Easy to use. Puts the guess work out of working toward a goal. Just wish the voice was a tad louder
