Would be perfect if I could run the app in background or post my results to Facebook 😐

Problem when locking screen to begin activity, app pauses and must restart or add interval. Let user go from starting activity to lock screen and give 4 stars.

For a free app I like it! Have a similar one on the iPad but had to pay for it..almost done with week 4 and I am jogging for 5 min at a time now

I use this app for speed training. I highly recommend this if you are a beginner. I started running by doing walk/jog intervals. Before I knew it I could jog a mile which grew into three miles. In October I ran my first 10k without walking! I am now working on speed. Have fun running! 😊

Good enough for a free app. Doesn't run in the background and should also warn of workout it's about to be reset. I accidentally reset it a few times.
