12/6/2013Good app I love it but wish it told you distance to run as well as time. I'm mid 40s so running 30 minutes does not equate to a 5k for me. I just kept increasing my running time by 2-3 minutes each week (still doing 3 days a week) until I hit 5k

11/24/2013I have followed the schedule for 3 weeks so far and am progressing exactly as expected. App never fails!! The only thing I would suggest is for the app NOT to pause when the lock button is pressed. I have really come to enjoy running and a big thanks to this app for showing me how enjoyable it really is!
11/23/2013I'm just finishing week two, also just quit smoking, and I love this app. I never jogged before, and so far it has been challenging but not overly so, really good for a beginner like me. The cues under the music could be a little louder, but that is my only complaint. I would definitely recommend the app, if I can do it after smoking for 35, anyone should be able to as well.
