    I love it. It's great to be able to focus on music, while getting verbal cues to change pace. Without the app I normally have no goals of my own and give up sooner.

    My only qualm is that this app is not set up properly to work with FB. Other than that, it is AMAZING!

    I highly recommend the c25k program for anyone who has never run but wants to start. This app works great with the Windows "My Music" app, but I had issues using it with my Pandora app (it wouldn't pause music so you can hear the vocal cues, and the cues were too quiet to hear over music). The actual intervals are perfect for getting someone who is completely out of shape conditioned to where they can run 5k in 30 minutes. Use this app!

    Simple enough and really motivational! Wish it ran on the background while other app is being used (eg. Music app).

    Great app. Simple to use. Takes you close to your limit, then almost lets you fully recover before starting the next interval of running. Haven't run in over 30 years. Seems to be an excellent gently paced method of getting into running.
