8/30/2014Cool down shouldn't be included in workout time.
8/30/2014Just finishing up my 3rd week and this app has truly helped me get from my couch to at least 3k so far. Ran when I was younger but had a hard time picking it back up, due to shin splints. Bur this app really coached me so that I didn't push to hard starting off and my body is definitely adapting. Look forward to each session and finishing the program. Thank you!
8/28/2014I would enjoy this more if it had a feature that tracked and mapped your time/distance improvements.
8/27/2014Works as advertised.
8/27/2014First of all, it's free! and does exactly what you need. The only issue is that doesn't run in background properly so when you open other app it pauses and you need to resume, but it's not a big deal.
8/25/2014Won't let me post to Facebook from app
8/25/20143 weeks complete. Runs a few seconds off between Nokia 929 (8.1) and HTC X (8.0). Mapped runs and stats nice. Buying full app as thanks for slight health improvement.
8/23/2014I love the stats but I can't hear the cues over my music, even though I have is set to pause it, and it's irritating how easy it is for the timer to pause.
8/23/2014About a week into it and it has been great.
8/23/2014It has got me from the couch to running for 20 minute intervals -a great success, I never would have believed it possible
