Apologies for the delay -- but hopefully this update will be worth the wait! Lots of bug fixes with new features including:
* A UI overhaul 
* Now Playing view 
* Integration with music hub 


Trial is now disabled in v2.0. I will be publishing a free version of this app for trial so be on the look out for "The Free Hype" -- It will be the full version of v1.2.

What's new in v2.0
* Background music playing now enabled thanks to Mango (Finally!)
* Integration with volume control. You can control playback using the volume controls in/outside the application
* Many performance improvements and bug fixes
* More settings: different popular filters, shuffled loved playlist (@CHWEX)
* The scrub has been improved (@aeronez - you can drag the timeline back and forth to fast-forward or rewind)

* Fixed bug where the first playlist wouldn't load if it required login credentials

    Love this app - use it every day. But I'd love an update more. Seriously considering writing a similar one with WiFi caching, Listening History, Genres, etc but have no confidence in HypeM allowing it. I will second what others have said about eating though my data. Not sure if anything can be done about that though, not sure if HypeM API supports different quality streams. There are a few annoying bugs, like tracks not always playing, now playing not showing current track, infinite buffer (maybe contributes to data burn?), not opening after closing after these issues (start playing music with another app then it will work again), issues maintaining internet connectivity when switching between WiFi and cell data, etc. But these are largely solvable, just a little annoying, and obviously result of not having an update since WP7.5.

    App is crashing constantly, it even crashed my phone a couple of tines. It's basically unusable.

    Sometimes songs buffer indefinitely which is a bummer. But I am really glad there's a hype machine app for windows phone!

    One of the best apps for windows phone, certainly my most used. Way better than the android clients as well. I wish it would let me open sites in the web browser or at least copy the link of them though, how can I be social with my music selections otherwise?!?

    This app needs a lot more recognition. This literally made my music experience on windows phone that much better. Definitely a must for the audiophiles.

    I love this app, but my phone hates it. Hear me out; the app is flawless, but I use it so much that my battery quivers and my data cap implodes. My friends who use those "other platforms" talk about this HypeM app as perhaps the biggest reason they would jump ship - so smooth and well thought out is the interface. It's just perfect, especially after the most recent update. Would love to see scrobbling added in the future!
