Spyglass is a comprehensive app to create, download, manage and view targets/POIs (points of interest) on your phone. The key features are:

• Three different views: Augmented reality, map and list. Version 2 supports Windows Phone 8 offline maps.
• Track targets in augmented reality view.
• Create your own targets: Perform a cross bearing, tap on the map, enter WGS84 coordinates, find addresses or just save your current location.
• Get targets from Bing Maps search or from GPX data via HTTP download or copy&paste from other apps.
• Find out what's around you by downloading POIs around your current location from OpenStreetMap via Overpass API (shows POIs that contain at least one of the tags "geological", "historic", "natural" or certain "tourism") using the "What's here?" function.
• Get ATMs, post boxes and toilets from OpenStreetMap via Overpass API.
• Export your targets to other apps in GPX format via copy&paste.
• Find out more about your targets by searching for their name on Bing, Google or Wikipedia.
• Navigate to your targets using the Windows Phone built-in or an installed third party directions app.
• Supports geo URIs to share and import coordinates.

Some examples how this app may be helpful:

• Find back to your hotel, car, some shop, landmark or any other place you want to return to.
• Remember where you have been, e.g. for your travel diary or to tell your friends.
• Ever stood in front of some landmark and wanted to know what it actually is? Maybe the "What's here?" function knows.
• Discover interesting stuff around you, e.g. when visiting foreign towns or even in your home town.
• Find out where to get some food, drinks etc. around you.
• Geocaching.
• Mark target locations on secret spy missions. ;-)
• There are many more! Share your examples with us in your reviews.
• Privacy setting to disable the camera.
