12/16/2014Just upgraded, trying to use the new cloud sync feature. First time opened, works great, syncs everything down onto my phone. The second time I run it, I enter my password and all the records are GONE. Can't find a way to get them back short of reinstalling the app. Did they test this thing at all?
12/13/2014I would give zero stars. What is with the issue with the cloud service not syncing after the first install? Everytime I open the app on the Windows Phone 8 after the first time it is blank. Great app went bad fast!!!!!! Still no update or response for the developer
11/24/2014A password manager that must be reinstalled every time you use it is not very handy. Windows Phone is clearly still an afterthought to this developer, which is a shame because this used to be an order of magnitude better than the other password managers (back in the Palm days). Even though I have a lifetime subscription, I think I may have to give up on this software.
10/27/2014Syncs fine the first time, but after that, no records show. "fix" is to uninstall and reinstall each time you want to use the application. Works fine on my PC, but not on my Lumia 920 and 635 w/ Windows Phone 8.1 installed. Very annoyed that it has been like this for many many months now. Although their website days they support Windows Phone, it sure doesn't seem like it.
10/26/2014Works well enough, not perfect but if you back up to your desktop, you shouldn't have any problems. Ability to make a backup database file from the desktop version so you have a backup for your backup. I set the hand held to overwrite the desktop as default in options as I usually edit on my phone and just use the desktop as a backup usually. Works on 8.1 920, i don't use the cloud do to my lack of trust.
10/16/2014Slow at startup... Sync using wifi flawlessly.
10/4/2014Unfortunately the app closes the second you put your password in.... Over and over. I've tried the app on a Nokia Lumia icon and the HTC one M8 windows phone with the same results. Sad state for this app with no updates in 5 months. Sadly I'm a subscriber to their sync services... Expected better from this company. Very disappointed... Seek other alternatives especially if you're going to sign up for their sync subscription service.
9/25/2014Draconian subscription lock-downs—you have to create and verify an online account just to test-drive the app. No way to copy data to clipboard from an entry other than to go into edit mode, highlight the text in the field you need, use the built-in copy functionality, and then exit out of editing mode (and hope that you copied all the text and that you didn't inadvertently edit the field). HUGE oversight!
9/24/2014Last time in my WinPhone 8.1 application lost data after sync 😈 Lost CATEGORIES and TYPE and not see anything's in telephone...in PC working fine.
