4/14/2015Although we've had some issues, Customer support has always come through. We're really happy with this app.
2/24/2015Works great with cloud sync enabled. Looking forward to version 8.
2/20/2015Installed ok into my Windows phone but after first sync, it erased all and went blank. Had to install and reinstall again and again but to no avail. Notified developer but it seems that the developer doesn't care. Just updated my phone to 8.1 and it didn't help any. I had it during Palm days and it was great. Fail.
2/15/2015****. Utter, total, tremendous ****. Longtime user on other devices...time to find a reliable replacement.
12/27/2014This is the absolute worst supported app...it fails to sync after the first sync...I have worked with the support staff....over and over and over...abd they blame my data. I even redid my ENTIRE DATABASE (200 records)....SAME PROBLEM....Their response "we can't duplicate, and your the only one with this issue"....ya, ok....sure...I guess none of you other poor owners have any problem with this wonderful, unsupported app on WP....either....give me a break....I suppose the "excellent" rating of 2.8 is a fluke too.....sorry for the rant....but this app is a nightmare, if you want to sync.
12/16/2014Just upgraded, trying to use the new cloud sync feature. First time opened, works great, syncs everything down onto my phone. The second time I run it, I enter my password and all the records are GONE. Can't find a way to get them back short of reinstalling the app. Did they test this thing at all?
12/13/2014I would give zero stars. What is with the issue with the cloud service not syncing after the first install? Everytime I open the app on the Windows Phone 8 after the first time it is blank. Great app went bad fast!!!!!! Still no update or response for the developer
11/24/2014A password manager that must be reinstalled every time you use it is not very handy. Windows Phone is clearly still an afterthought to this developer, which is a shame because this used to be an order of magnitude better than the other password managers (back in the Palm days). Even though I have a lifetime subscription, I think I may have to give up on this software.
10/27/2014Syncs fine the first time, but after that, no records show. "fix" is to uninstall and reinstall each time you want to use the application. Works fine on my PC, but not on my Lumia 920 and 635 w/ Windows Phone 8.1 installed. Very annoyed that it has been like this for many many months now. Although their website days they support Windows Phone, it sure doesn't seem like it.
