9/15/2014Terrible on wp8.1 HTC M8. Was also terrible on my Nokia icon running 8.1 Have to uninstall and reinstall everytime in order to get it to sync. Works great on my ipad and surface 2. Very disappointed, not sure I'll continue my subscription or not. One work around is to keep a browser bookmark to their online site. Even that is not very mobile friendly, but better than nothing. This dev sucks at fixing issues. This has been going on over six months at least. I've started trouble tickets only to be ignored after complaining nicely. Gotta be something better than.this.in the store.
9/2/2014I would give zero stars. What is with the issue with the cloud service not syncing after the first install? Everytime I open the app on the Windows Phone 8 after the first time it is blank. Great app went bad fast!!!!!! Still no update or response for the developer
8/1/2014All you Windows Phone users, immediately upgrade to version 8.1, just released. Solves all problems. I rate it 5 stars now. Chris I'd rate it five stars, except it reports "unable to load database" after working OK on my Windows phone 8. I use a Nokia. Wondering if the fault is phone specific. Will work after uninstall/reinstall briefly, then quits again. Seemed Ok until last update..
7/31/2014Great app, have had no problems syncing with Lumia 720. Support was awesome in helping to set up. Have been using since Palm Pilot version.
7/12/2014I have used SplashID since my Palm Pilot days. However, I am disappointed with the Windows Phone app. I frequently loses data, even though data still exists on the Cloud database and the app show it is syncing. The only workaround uninstall the WP app and reinstall it. I have done that about a dozen times already over the last 6 months. Need to fix that bug!!!
7/4/2014Windows phone app functionality to add a new password does not work. When you attempt to add a password, it exits the app.
6/24/2014We have 2 smart phones with cloud services app & SplaskID only works on one. It consistentlydoss not sync on the second phone. Also cannot save a local copy. We will probably either spend the extra $ and purchase the wi-fi sync version or find another product.
6/10/2014Not bad, not great. It syncs to the cloud, but the client itself isn't very usable. It's multiple steps to copy/paste any data and the interface feels somewhat clunky. Hopefully that changes over time
6/9/2014Will not cloud sync all records. Crashes on Wi-Fi sync. Multiple install and uninstall doesn't fix it. Very disappointed. Android and Windows apps work great, but not Windows Phone. I am using WP 8.1, but still had problems with 8.0.
