Enter every morning when you went to sleep and when you work up and it will tell you how much sleep you got that night. Specify the quality of sleep and enter in notes or keep a dream journal. 4/7/2015Only used it twice. Okay but could be better. It seems to only allow one entry per night. If you wake up for a bit and fall back asleep it won't let you document that.

2/4/2015Near perfect. Easy to save duplicate on accident and no way to delete them. Other than that solid app.

11/16/2014Things wud like 2 c r: ability 2 change total hrs of sleep. Even if sum1 goes 2 bed @ 10pm & wakes @ 6am, duznt mean they got 8hrs sleep. Cud'v woken several X's or stayed awake few hrs, tryin 2 get back 2 sleep. Rite now, hav 2 enter false wakeup times, so graph reflects correct amnt of "actual" sleep. Messes w/records, cuz don't hav true record of wen fell asleep & awoke. Think shud b 2 categories 4 user 2 enter own sleep amnt's. 1.) For total hrs of "quality" sleep, & 2.) For total hrs of "rest" (not asleep, but still resting). Graph wud use #1's amnt & #2's wud b optional. Other "quick" categories mite b (# of X's user): had 2 go 2 bathroom, was woken by partners snoring, awoken by pain, slept thru alarm, sleep walked, changed position, hit snooze, etc... Also, maybe category 4 "before bed routine" & length of routine, 2 better understand if has bearing on current sleep issues. Hope this helps! TY 4 yor consideration! 😁 (Nokia Lumia icon user)

5/31/2014It needs to keep track how many times u wake up in the middle of the night because I wake up a lot in the night and the final results aren't accurate.
