Enter every morning when you went to sleep and when you work up and it will tell you how much sleep you got that night. Specify the quality of sleep and enter in notes or keep a dream journal. 10/9/2013Did exactly what I needed. Track my sleeping and provide me a location to write any notes about sleep so I can notice patterns.
