Sinulog Guide is a comprehensive guide to the Sinulog Festival held every 3rd Sunday of January in Cebu, Philippines. Sinulog is the grandest festival in the Philippines.

The guide includes the story of the festival - a religious and cultural event that culminates with a grand parade and street dancing.

The guide lists places to stay in Cebu City during the Sinulog along with their phone numbers and location data. Both the phone numbers and location data are active, you just need to tap the phone number to make a call or the “check location” link to find via GPS the location of a hotel, consulate or restaurant.

Cebu is renowned for its beautiful white sand beaches and the best resorts are listed in the guide.

Sinulog Guide also contains a list of things to do in Cebu including taking heritage tours and sampling local cuisine.

Sinulog Guide also contains a listing of all establishments and service providers accredited by the Department of Tourism Central Visayas. The listings include those of tour operators, tour guides and transportation services.

The app will be frequently updated and will include the full listing of events related to the festival as well as stories about the contingents that will be joining.

Sinulog Guide is a collaboration among the Sinulog Foundation, Inc., Smart Communications, Inc. and InnoPub with the support of the Department of Tourism - Central Visayas, Cebu City Government, Cebu Pacific Air, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, The Islands Group and Microsoft.

The guide is part of the Digital Tourism initiative by Smart Communications, Inc. and InnoPub.
