I don't understand why if I download music I can't play it when offline. I thought that was the point of downloading.

Until they update the app and provide with the free Rhapsody Unradio like T-Mobile is promoting this review will stay like this... Its not fair to us who enjoy and prefer the Windows OS over iOS and Android to have to deal with this **** from Apps and Microsoft should be making sure their customers are satisfied especially since they have the Video Game and PC market place on lock down...

Sound quality superior to Spotify. Where Is the navigation buttons in radio? No way to scroll within a song.

The interface lags a lot and freezes, not cool for something we actually paying for

This app is an embarrassment and is in no way equivalent to either the iOS or Android versions. The UI is an afterthought, and most often music will simply not play, with no indication of what the problem is. Forwarding the next track sometimes works. Sometimes. Playing a playlist--usually 3-4 songs play, and then the app quits. Over and over. I have subscribed to Rhapsody and like the service on other platforms--but I am now going to change in the hopes of finding a better winphone app that actually works.

A few hiccups. Still a good app that works on my 1020 and 2520.

Won't let me in on the mobile $4 service, forcing me to the $9 price, and won't let me in. Please PLEASE fix, I love rhapsody and would like to be able to use it.

Music randomly stops playing for no reason at all. It gets very frustrating at times, but has a huge selection of music.
