2/21/2014I had an Android OS phone for years and used the Ancestry and Family Bee apps, both which are very good. Made the switch to a Windows OS phone and love it more than Android. But I discovered that neither Ancestry nor the Family Bee apps had made the transition. Found this app and decided to give it a try. I don't have a single complaint with this app. If your into genealogy and have a GEDCOM file then this is a must have app. Its very well done. My wish list for this app is to be able to edit and add.
2/1/2014Hopefully it will work better?
8/23/2013One great thing about this app is that it displays maps with directions to sites in your Genealogy gedcom file. I've tested it both with US and UK data; and it pulls up correct maps equally well in either country. Sources are included in the app also; which is handy when you're at a repository, and the capability is there to drill down to additional detail regarding the Source. You can also list the people who are covered by each source. All in all, I'm thrilled with the app, as I can finally have my genealogy data available on my Windows phone.
7/3/2013Very glad to have a WP8 app for my family tree. Thank you very much. It does take about 30 min to "install" my file of 10,600 people.
12/1/2012Awesome! I have a database of over 1900 families, all descendants of my fourth great-grandfather. Now I can take this information with me everywhere. Awesome app.
11/11/2012Overall, my experience with this app has been a very good one and I feel positive that my use of it will only get better as new and improved versions of this app are released. But what I've enjoyed most has been the excellent product support I've received from its developer whenever there were problems with this app. So THANK YOU Papillon Productions for making Genealogy-on-the-GO possible for Windows Phone users!
10/15/2012It is limited but it is the first. Thanks to Papillion Products for the effort.
