Upsetting. Very upsetting to have such a difficult time with the app. Got hooked as an ios user and rdio was one if the reasons I felt comfortable switching to WP8. Constant crashes and inconsistent (at best) feedback. Please update or you will be losing my business.

Plays tunes but forget about changing tracks. Have to relaunch the app to do anything otherwise it gets stuck in endless buffering

I love Rdio, but your phone apps on Android and WP8 always get stuck on buffering. I always have to restart the app to hear the next song. I don't want to switch services, but I will if this keeps up.

Hey guys let me start out by saying that I love rdio and I love the new metro UI that you have on WP8. That being said, whatever you have going on in the background of this app is really busted. I'm running it on a new Nokia 920 and it will play a song or two after some coaxing (go to the home screen, relaunch app, try to play song, repeat till it works). But even then after a couple of songs it just stops working. This might be considered acceptable behavior for an app if it had "beta" sitting next to its name. But this kind of behavior on a service that is paid for is... a little embarrassing. I understand that WP8 is a brand new release of windows phone, so maybe it has some buggy behavior because of the new SDK, but I hope that you fix these rather critical bugs soon. Like I said, I love Rdio, but i primarily use it on my mobile device, so I would be sad if I had to start using another service. Sincerely, A fellow concerned developer

I DON'T WANNA PAY FOR STREAMING MUSIC. The seven day trial sucked... The interface sucked... Everything sucked.... Sorry to sound like a loser but you'd be better off getting Spotify or easyRing...

Horrible, it would be comically bad, but I am not laughing because want to use it and it is virtually unusable. You know things are going to be bad when you can't even log in. My log in failed and after that it just hung, and hung, and hung. So I had to reboot my phone just to log in. No other app gives me this problem. Then when I finally start browsing it is slow to populate any list, the app just hangs. EVERYTHING IS SO SLOW! When I try to check on my network, it hangs. When I go to play a song, it hangs. Even album art is slow to appear, "hangs" if you will. The playback controls are unresponsive for a long time after a track actual starts to play. But ok, so at least there is some music playing now. Oh wait, there is no sound. ***. So after another reboot I finally got some music (with sound) to play! It is sloppy apps like this by sloppy developers that are dragging down this platform. How hard can it be to write an app that works?

Very infuriating to pay for mobile access when getting it to actually play music is so random. Get it together! I'm about to cancel my mobile access because the service sucks and its actually showing your company in a poor light.

I got hooked on this app on my iPhone but on a Nokia Lumia 900 its ***. It crashes regularly, loads slow even over a WiFi connection. Songs often okay for a few seconds and then there is some sort of playback error at which time it usually crashes the phone forcing a manual reboot of the device. Very poorly coded app makes me want to cancel my subscription...
