Push up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into better shape. 

Push up has 9 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do 100 pushups .

Pushups are one of the greatest upperbody exercises you can do at home with no additional equipment. Push-up is one of the exercises that is used in fitness tests.
