9/3/2012Awesome for this woman of a certain age who's not conversant with different fitness regimens and is starting from square one. Love the pics, videos and descriptions of each exercise, plus the program suggested,which can be adjusted to fit available equipment.

7/26/2012At first, I was frustrated at the layout of the program that PT offered. I couldn't look at the whole workout regimen or see how my next workout looked. After using PT for a while, I have grown to love it more than any app I have used for fitness. I am proud to say that, partly due to PT, I have lost a significant amount of weight. With their unique exercises and workout schedule, there's no reason for me to try any other app.
