The Office 365 Admin app empowers you, the Office 365 IT administrator to stay connected with your Office 365 environment on the go. You can now manage your users including resetting their passwords. In addition, you can also read the latest messages from Message Center, the central location for Office 365 service communications and view any active service support requests. A new dashboard allows you to quickly view service health status and more.
For increased security, the Office 365 Admin app supports Windows Azure Directory Multi-Factor Authentication and the option to set a unique application-specific PIN code.
IMPORTANT: You need to have an active Office 365 subscription with administrator user rights to use this app.

The app should've offered equivalent features as available in the Admin Center on the web version. I'm sure that's where MS is headed but at least give actual Admin features such as access to EAC to view Quarantine or the ability to open a case to edit or add notes to a case/service request. I hope this app improves sooner rather than later this year.

Good start, but needs the ability to start a support incident/case from within the app. And, the ability to add updates to existing open support incidents/cases from within app.

Convenient, straightforward way to keep up with service health and informational updates on the go.

Absolutely a must have app if you're a MS partner!

App keeps getting better and I cannot believe Microsoft listened to my suggestion of making license assignment more granular and actually implemented it in the latest release (v2.7). Since you're listening, I think it would be great to have a module in this app that let us view the "roadmap" (upcoming features) for the different O365 services (such as Exchange, OneDrive & Skype for Business, Azure AD, etc.) Been in IT for 15+ years and this is a huge shift in the way Microsoft is taking and implementing feedback. Keep up the good work.
