    Good, but there are still some reliability problems that were not fixed from 2010. When I set my status or availability, the app never refreshes. I have to sign out and sign in to see of my status or availability actually got updated. Would give 3-4 stars if this was addressed. Feature-wise, I would please like more voice integration: voice-to-text for IM's like i have for Windows Phone text messages; Voice command enabled (e.g. "Lync, Call Home Depot.", "Lync, Join Meeting.", "Lync, Chat Fred"). Would give 5 stars for voice to text alone.

    Lync for WP is always suck. Voice call is not stable, everytime open, take too long or forever to sign in and connect. The most suck App by Microsoft.
