This has been a very disappointing experience. Most of the time I open a notification, Lync fails to load the conversation. I expected more on a Windows phone (Microsoft makes both the OS and the app. They can do better) Leaving Lync open on my PC aphonend phone at once, results in everything getting missed. I have hope for the Skype for business update.

If I want to check someone's status and dint mind reloading the app 2 or 3 times to do so... IT works, if I want to start a chat and don't mind reloading the app 2 or 3 times to open, great. But if someone I trying to get a hold of you, forget it. Crashes and take so long to load from toast notifications its useless. Its faster to drive back to my office and use Lync on my desktop.

You can not go in conversation by click on new notification message....also you can not search a person with alias name(I can search a person from alias in desktop version of Lync but not in windows phone app)
