Great when it works. I work in IT, I like this app since it allows me to move from office answering people and communicating with other people in IT office. Only.problem is messages don't always come true and has a lot of connectivity issues. I'm almost always on WiFi so I can't really blame it completely on the carrier but I could be wrong.

One would think since its from Microsoft it would be nicely integrated. I don't get notifications. It isn't listed in me and then there's the vibrate everytime u get an IM. Can't turn it off!!!

Contacts are not synced to phone. My contact list is empty.

Not at all login..always showing error..need an update..as of now it's waste..

Poor job by Microsoft. This app leaves much to be desired. No video, no background or lock screen integration, ring to app does not work, cannot add contacts, etc. It makes me sad that the Skype app is much better and more feature-packed than Lync. Hope Microsoft cleans this up with a major update soon.
