Linada is an application for controlling UPnP A/V devices. Linada enables you to browse networked media servers for content and to play that content either on your phone or on networked media players. You can also download images from Media Servers to your phone's MediaLibrary.

In addition, Linada has SSDP diagnostics tools included, which allows you to monitor, capture and email the observed SSDP traffic. It also enables you to retrieve, view and email UPnP description documents.

However, Linada is not a Media Server. You cannot play your phone's content on external devices using Linada.

It would definitely be 5 stars if it had video controls and full screen, would even pay for it😊

Video shows as *added to playlist* and nothing else happened

Slow to recognize Synology NAS. UI needs refinement. Correct aspect ratio not preserved.

Esoteric and messy navigation, failed to play media on HTC 8x

Limits you to viewing only the first 50 files or folders in each directory....

The only app that works on HTC 8x, since they forgot to update their connected media for WP8

It works to discover my Synology media server and plays videos. Needs better video play back controls. Resuming playback after pausing only plays audio.

Works well. Sees all my UPnP servers and I can stream from them. Would be nice to have fast forward & rewind controls, and steam mkv files.
