Linada is an application for controlling UPnP A/V devices. Linada enables you to browse networked media servers for content and to play that content either on your phone or on networked media players. You can also download images from Media Servers to your phone's MediaLibrary. In addition, Linada has SSDP diagnostics tools included, which allows you to monitor, capture and email the observed SSDP traffic. It also enables you to retrieve, view and email UPnP description documents. However, Linada is not a Media Server. You cannot play your phone's content on external devices using Linada.
9/21/2014This is awesome! Have been looking for a way to play my media content through plex to my xbone
9/5/2014Works nicely and fast
9/2/2014Good but needs an update...
4/22/2014Works even better with window's phone 8.1
12/29/2013No ability to search or browse to a letter of the alphabet. If you have hundreds of artists or albums and want to play one that doesn't start with A or B, you must scroll endlessly.
12/24/2013Works well with Plex and Xbox One. Thanks!
10/29/2013Found my xbmc install. Only issues that I have with the app are the small icons / fonts and somewhat unintuitive usage. You have to tap something to bring the servers up. When you tap a media item, it adds it to a playlist that you then have to open. It would be nice to include the phone as a source, in the future. None of the other apps have it (Nokia Play To does), so I won't let that count against the app.
9/5/2013Best DLNA remote for WP8 (I've tried AVRemote and a few others) . Has only one major annoyance... doesn't always advance to the next song in the playlist.
9/3/2013Wow! This does exactly what I've been looking for: streams music off my PC to the windows phone, and looks good doing it!
