LDS Tools is an official application of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that allows you to download ward and stake directory information to your Windows Phone.  It also displays events from the Church's calendaring system.

Version 1.10 adds data security and the ability to add individuals to the phone's contact list.

    Great app. Pictures are missing, and cannot search at all. Once those are implemented I will rate 5 stars.

    Doesn't work on wp8, I tried the calendar subscription trick, but still get the download error.

    Update***** Got it working by resetting my password on lds.org. Apparently special characters don't work. Try sticking to numbers and letters. Not working on my Nokia 920. Saw that others had logged into their account and changed the calendar but I still get the download data error. Worked fine on iPad today.

    I finally got it to work by resetting my phone and waiting until the next day to sign in. I also made sure to check the ward calendar online like others have said. Definitely needs an update to fix this bug, but it now works great.

    Has a problem downloading info... It starts, but every time I log in it ends in a failed to download. Whether on WiFi or LTE

    Need to fix wp8 bug. It gives an error everytime it attempts to download info. It gets to the end then says to try again. It was perfect on wp7.

    I'm on a Lumia 920 as well and would really love to use this app as soon as possible for home teaching etc. Please update it to support Windows 8! I used the calendar subscription work around, but this app definitely needs love. (Picture support, search, and better layout)
