Good content on the website; horrible app with outdated content

It stopped providing any news a few weeks ago.

The comment about the terms & conditions doesn't make any sense, it' only displayed once and you don't even have to read it to get past it. The app looks nice nice and I appreciate easy access to neighborhood news and weather, however I'm really turned off by the metro design cutting off all the news titles, which conflicts with the idea of providing information fast. I'm not going to hop into every article just to be able to see the full headline, that's dumb design. Therefore I will likely uninstall it soon.

I suspect the app itself is OK but, sheesh, does there need to be such a long Terms & Conditions agreement? Looks like I'll need to have my lawyer review it before I can use this app. :|
