Hurricane Tracker provides you with the latest information about tropical cyclones in the Atlantic, East Pacific, West Pacific, Indian Ocean, and southern hemisphere. View a tracking chart, get the latest position and intensity, check the forecast, or view satellite imagery. Not interested in every storm in the world? Personal settings allow you to narrow it down to the hurricane basins that interest you. Like loops? View animated satellite imagery of the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Atlantic, Pacific, or Indian Ocean. Also includes wind shear maps, steering currents, sea surface temperatures, doppler weather radar... and more. Like computer models? View the spaghetti plot of predicted tracks by different models. History? Check out past storms in the historical database section. Turn on push notifications to be notified automatically about newly formed storms in the hurricane basins you monitor.
10/25/2014Darn handy app...well done the best of the best
10/20/2014Often inaccurate. For example, current Invest 93L shows forecast models for invest 92L. Just poor programming.
10/17/2014This ap has ceased to refresh and shows outdated data in regards to current storms
10/16/2014Good. Use it. Wish it could zoom in on certain maps.
10/16/2014Easy to use
10/14/2014Works great very pleased thanks
10/7/2014Living in "Hurricane Alley" one needs a good solid easy-to-use app...this is it!
10/6/2014It's ok. But even though I turn off notifications, I keep getting notified at least 8 times every time a minor "invest" makes a move in areas I don't even want to know about.
9/29/2014Great app when it worked. The push notifications work but yet there are never any active storms to view even when there is a cat 3 in the atlantic
