    Never again !!! Booked hotel thru hotels.com and has to wait 4 hours in hotel lobby. Called customers service 4 times, but same ** over and over. Talked to supervisor who was very disrespectful. Not,them but hotel helped me out of the situation. 1:00 am we moved in.

    It's alright but crashes too often. m.hotels.com is better. Nokia Lumia 920.

    This is the old hotels.com app. Download the other one.

    I love Hotels.Com but this app is not very good. The sign-in doesn't remain signed in, despite enabling it under settings. Opening reservations actually crashes the app. These need to be fixed.
