It sucks. The map doesn't show anything

Slow and crashes some times. No way to set defaults. Need to set them everytime it opens. Doesn't even remember last search. Also, selecting rail/bus almost always just shows the bus. I found that the Nokia transit works so much better. Unfortunately in does not cover NYC completely

Very un-intuitive, doesn't support HD screen for Lumia 920. There are better alternative.

It sure beats asking some crazy guy for directions

Life saver

I am a daily user of hopstop.com, and have tried using this app daily for months. This app is very buggy and not nearly as useful as the site. It frequently tells me complicated bus and walking routes that the site doesn't. (Trips from/to airports are particularly problematic with this app.) Also, it frequently shuts down completely and takes me back to my home screen. A really problematic app from an otherwise solid site.

I guess what they meant by cities throughout the US is that the US is NYC. Lame.
