homeCloud for Windows Phone lets you quickly and easily create an inventory of your possessions and then sync the data to Microsoft SkyDrive for safekeeping. The application is free and lets you:
* Share your inventory with homeCloud for Windows 8 (available separately)
* Create a photo-based room by room inventory of your possessions.
* Use the built-in scanner to enter item serial numbers.
* View items by category (e.g. “Electronics”) or room (e.g. “Living Room”).
* Optionally enter category-specific details such as purchase price, serial number, etc.
* Record important policy information along with your inventory.
* Pin items or rooms to your phone's Start screen for direct access
* Add pictures directly to your inventory (through integration with Windows Phone’s Pictures Hub)
* Save printable reports to SkyDrive along with your inventory
* Download your (previously saved) inventory to a new phone just by syncing.
When you consider the financial impact of losses from fire, theft and weather related disasters it’s easy to see why you should create and maintain a home inventory. Get started by downloading homeCloud today!

Saw a "Things you must do" story about completing a home inventory. Disaster, robbery, divorce. You can't be too prepared. Love the SkyDrive sync.

Garbage app. Will not sync with SkyDrive and the contact email doesn't work. Waste of money.

Been meaning to inventory the house for years. Well organized easy interface, and cloud storage makes it far more useful in an emergency. The only thing I would add is the ability to download info to a new phone.
