    Doesn't link to your Hertz acct. Must know your confirmation number, no search capability. Struggle to see any value in this utility.

    Like some before me have said, this is a surprisingly poor application for a company that with respect to all its other operations shins brightly. It is for that reason that, if I could, I'd give Hertz itself a minimum four-star, bordering on five stars. But that's not the point herein. A very good-to-excellent mobile app will make my life easier for sure. And while Hertz is unlikely to lose this customer on the lack of a mobile app (really, Hertz, you'd be far better off to kill this present app entirely), with one you'd surely make this customer and Hertz' life a lot easier.

    Does not have profile login. Had to manually enter reservation which it did not locate. Useless app.

    Once you log in you become a captive. The app does not close and dies not let you out unless you log out. There needs to be a decent exit mechanism for this app. Other it is way better than the previous version.

    It will log me in but cant find my reservation?? dont bother with it till it gets an update. lumia 920

    I rented with Hertz because I found their app first. App can't find my reservation so it is pointless. Will try another rental company next time around and see if their technology works.

    I gave it 1 star because negative stars are not available. What the difference between this crapplacation and my calendar. Oh wait, my calendar actually works. Why would you ask me to manually type in that long freakin confirmation code. I have an idea take a look at Avis's app make yours work like there's and maybe you'll have something.

    Seriously, you have to manually add your reservations instead of logging in? Good app for a first time developer, but hardly professional.
