Galactic Reign is a head-to-head game of tactical expansion and conquest. You and your opponent colonize planets, design ships, and build fleets as you fight for domination of the galaxy. Ship design is crucial, as you must predict what their opponent is building and construct ships to counter it. When opposing fleets meet, the battle is rendered on the cloud, showing the result in a stunning cinematic movie. 

Galactic Reign is turn based. You and your opponent take your turns whenever you like, and the game advances when you both have submitted your actions. In addition to player vs player strategy, Galactic Reign features an extensive collection of single player missions that challenge you to use clever ship design to defeat enemy fleets.

Buy once play anywhere. If you've already purchased Galactic Reign on Windows 8, there is no need to purchase it again! You can download the trial and still have access to the additional content. Purchasing on other platforms will only unlock the ability to gain achievements on that platform.

    Cool strategy game but the "movie" or result part could be a little longer with better detail. It's kinda hard to tell if your strategy is working. One bad thing - why can't I build ships after 3 or 4 rounds?? Is this a bug?

    I wish there was an option to play against a computer opponent. Sometimes people can take forever to make their turn.

    My Xbox handle is EvilBabyAlien Feel free to add me. Daily player. Daniel doesn't understand strategy games. Percent accuracy or evasiveness on improvements isn't the final value. It's a modifier on existing values. Game is very fun, with battles rendered in video with the ability to analyze what happened in-depth. Processing is handled in the cloud, and you download the video from a Microsoft server, which has some issues. Suggestions: Ability to change the game mode. So instead of playing to 25 points every game, have 50 as an option. Play until the opposing player has no colonies left would also make a great optional mode as well.

    Crashes frequently on lumia 520. Would be 5star game otherwise.

    Game is fun but dev needs to understand percentages better (eg. 60% evasion bonus is not countered by 80% accuracy bonus) and rendering of battle scenes take way too long...10-20mins in some cases...

    BEST. GAME.EVER. Don't listen to the reviews that say it doesn't load or stuff like that. They are not thinking about the actual game. This is a very fun game with amazing graphics.
