Since I upgraded to 8.1 it struggles to sync. Unistalled and installed it twice, still doesn't work

It's pretty good so far. Would be nice though I the battery indicator just didn't say full or half full. It would be better I it was in quarters because the tracker just died this morning. Other than that its pretty accurate.

Force won't sync with Lumia Icon

Great app, great to not need PC (& dongle that shouldn't be needed anyway) to sync. Only issue is sync blocks phone from connecting to other BT like my car because its always on instead of connecting just T sync then disconnecting, so had to disable background syncing. Even with manual sync, after closing this app I need to turn BT off & back on so my car can connect later. Surprising to see one feature (the one feature that makes the app worth installing) suck so bad when the rest of the app is pretty good.

Purchased the Surge as part of the early release only to find out that it cannot be setup via the Windows Phone app... disappointing. ***Update*** Fitbit mobile development team has reached out to let me know that that it expects to update the app next week to add support for the Surge on Windows Phone. I hope this includeds support for Caller ID + Text Notifications.

Well designed app. Works perfectly for syncing and tracking sleep, calories, and activities. I really cannot complain about my Charge. Some users have said caller I will not work on Windows phone and this is true. I think it has more to do with Microsoft locking down the OS than Fitbit. Unlike on Android and Apple, we do have voice support, meaning we can simply tell it what we ate and it'll track it for us through the app. The only reason why I removed one star was because on the Android and Apple version, the app is able to expand the steps and sleep graphs to show times. I would love this feature for Windows Phone. This works on the PC, but the phone is still missing this. C'mon Fitbit, we can do this! :)

Just Awesome. You can set your goals, add food/activity/water quick and easy, add a fitbit device or run it with only an account, they even employed cortana to use voice commands, and you have a 'contact customer support' button. That was the kicker for me. Problems? Just click here and talk to us. Beautiful. All I could want more is different ways of viewing the progress graphs.
