Files is a complete file storage solution allowing you to download files either directly from a website or from your dropbox account and upload them back to dropbox. Basic formats can be viewed like text, video, audio and images, and you have control over the file associations so if the program doesnt recognise the file type you can update it and tell it what to use to open it. Version 2.5 - Updated to the latest version of the Dropbox API, the old version will be disconnected soon. Version 2.3 - Book like text reader, swipe to change pages, saves your place Version 2.2 - Themes now available through the settings - Fixed folder rename - Added actions to item viewing Version 2.0 Mango Update! - Play music in the background, even when the app is closed - Save music as a ringtone, files must be less then 40 seconds long, less than 1Mb and contain no DRM - Downloads from search will now complete even when the app isnt running Version 1.6: Updated trial to a daily limit and added advertising. Importing pictures from the camera. Version 1.5: Introducing a new look with more screen area for file lists, better download management and picture enhancements.

12/14/2012Decent file management but...mp3 file support is terrible! Can't rename or play them...kind of saddened.

3/5/2012Did the job when I needed to download a few mp3 files while on the road. Some additions that would make this app great are: 1. Better audio/video controls for media playback 2. Would be great if you could send media files to the phone's Zune library and the photo library. 3. Tap and hold to email files (I know that you could upload to Dropbox then send the link, but too many steps for small files. 4. Better interactions with Dropbox. Would be great to be able to send links via messaging or email from within the app. I have only been using the app for a few days, but this points above are my initial thoughts.
