We do this by automating your entire expense report process.
Use our website to sync with your credit cards and bank accounts to track purchases as they happen. We'll even pull in eReceipts, digital copies of the paper receipts you normally have to carry around, for most purchases under $75. Any remaining out of pocket purchases can be logged right from your phone!
For any purchases that are made with cash or are not eligible for eReceipts, turn your Windows Phone in to a receipt scanner by snapping a picture of the receipt! Our app will scan the image and pull out the merchant, date and amount of the transaction. We will use this information to either create a new cash expense or attach the receipt to it's matching credit card purchase.
Add in any remaining mileage expenses and you have a completely documented view of all spending. Log in to your account at https://www.expensify.com to pick and choose which expenses should be added to an expense report. We'll email a PDF of your report to anyone with an email address for their approval. You can even be reimbursed directly to a checking account, all online!

    Usable, but app is in desperate need of an update. Adding expenses is simple but don't make a mistake because deleting them can't be done within the app. Also, very buggy when trying to add notes to expenses; my notes on expenses associated with my wedding expense report were often replaced with code, a rather bothersome glitch. There are also some bugs related to attaching receipts and images resulting in duplicated entries, which as I mentioned before cannot be deleted within the app. I like Expensify, but I long for an update to squash these pesky bugs.

    Beautiful, brilliant, easy to use. This app does everything it promises and it does it well! Web interface is great for reports and app is great for tracking and entering info. Highly recommended! No glitches or problems. Nokia Lumia 920

    If it worked it would be amazing, but it doesn't save, it duplicates entries, loses data, and has no option to delete anything, including the duplicated records. I so wish this worked! Hoping for a new release.

    Love expensify on my old android, but version 3.47 win8 is buggy, save not working when adding starting odometer mileage, have to reenter everything when I bring it up again later, hoping for a new version soon.

    Buggy, use caution. On several occasions, app will lose receipts even if saved (do not delete your images!!). Or app creates multiple duplicate receipts for the same image created on phone regardless if smartscan was used. Report viewed via app shows no dupes, but www.expensify.com/reports does.

    Very nice app, but not being able to add tags in the app and having to log on to delete and manage reports and expenses is very inconvenient and time consuming... Please update to allow more in-app control.

    As others have said, it is a bit slow on the uploading of receipts and on refreshing expenses entered on the phone or via web. Refreshing takes a long time even when on WiFi or LTE. With photo receipts taken in app, the 1st picture taken is duplicated even when pictures of other receipts are taken and entered in the app on my Lumia 920. This makes using the app for receipt upload/scanning unusable. You can still enter expenses with the app, but must scan receipts with your computer or use this app on another smart phone to get the receipts into Expensify...then attach. Looking forward to an update to fix the duplicate receipts.
