4 only because the way it conflicts with W8 tablet, otherwise it would be a five. Seems to be ok with W8 tablet now so 5 IT is.

Has promise. Critical shortcomings: lack of priority flag and lack of due date. I can set reminders, but they clutter the UI and aren't usable in the way that a tag for date would be. I can create tags that are dates, of course, and I might resort to this...but I'd rather not clutter my keywords with something so voluminous and mundane. Inconveniently, the app will sometimes get hung up in its syncing of mundane, tiny (kb) edits, or, worse, on startup, occasioning frustrating waits--the kind of thing that can cost me my recollection of the thing I wanted to note! But I like the notebook + tags system, and the fact that it's backed up and accessible online. But come on: it's 2013. Can we get slightly richer metadata and something beyond barebones text formatting? Please?

Works well for note taking assignments. It even records audio.

Deletes notes with snapshots! I dont know if its because of not being able to upload or something, but it has deleted my notes! And c'mon, make snapshot little more user-friendly...
