There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider.     I love the app and use it daily; but gave it one star because I am, also, very upset that it is being removed!! Seriously why would you remove a useful tool that is convenient for your customers, and that they are highly satisfied with?? A terrible idea & a huge mistake to remove it! I've been with Chase since 2007, but now I'm considering switching banks... It's like a slap in the face... Thanks Chase for making my life just a little bit harder!!

    Just spoke personally with a Chase "support" team member, who seriously tried to convince me that the Chase app for Windows Phone is being discontinued because "no one uses the Windows Phone platform" Really? Are you SERIOUS?? Oh well ok, all of us 100+million customers who DO use Windows Phone can also switch to Bank of America or Wells Fargo or other banks that have some sense of Customer Service!

    You can still access Chase from your mobile device at Quick deposit is no longer supported . To ensure our security chase will now use there own browser

    Use this app every day. Could get an Android or iPhone but love my windows HTC m8! Shame on Chase for taking this away. 😒

    I love my Chase App, and ticked at the same time. The Windows phone is a great phone for business and Chase dropping the app is extremely frustrating. I have no desire for a Android or iPhone. I have both a personal account, business account and use Chase to take credit cards for my company.... Guess I may need to find another bank that cares about their customers if this app is not brought back. Too bad for Chase, what a dumb and sad move

    I've used this app for some time now and am fairly pleased with the app itself. However I'm very disappointed Chase has decided to discontinue the app, why? We need more investment in WinPhone app not less and this was one of my primarily useful apps!! Very disappointed with this decision by Chase I'm hoping they change their mind and continue to build on this app!
