The U.S. Bank Cash+TM Visa Signature® Card App gives you one-touch access to apply for and manage your U.S. Bank Cash+ Visa Signature Card. If approved for instant credit, you can shop online right away and earn 5% cash back on two categories that you choose like restaurants, department stores, electronic stores…plus many more.(1) 
Once you complete the application process using the app and have been approved, a virtual card* can be loaded to your phone. You can use your virtual card every time you shop online or until your plastic card arrives in the mail. The virtual card will be available for 30 days or until the U.S. Bank Cash+ Visa Signature card is activated, whichever comes first.

    Garbage.. Can't check checking balance and defaults to applying for a credit card.... Can't see any purchases made. Only credit card balance and making a payment .... With no information as to how much is in my checking account might I add

    I just downloaded so I could rate it a one star. I want the full banking app. Windows phones are here to stay, so you might as well deal with it.
