The award-winning tile-based board game by Klaus-Jürgen Wrede is finally available for your Windows Phone! Just a few years after its release, Carcassonne became a modern classic and a must-play. Turn by turn, the players create a landscape by placing tiles with roads, cities, fields, and cloisters. Deploy your followers - knights, monks, thieves, or farmers - and try to score the most points to win the game. The ever-changing landscape makes each game a new experience. With the official expansion "The River II", Online Multiplayer, Xbox LIVE Achievements and Leaderboards, this is an essential title for board game enthusiasts.
8/14/2014Great game, but terrible performance and buggy.
6/22/2014This is a nice version of the board game. Its fun to play, even against the weak AI. The major problem is the crashing just before scoring. Regardless, I still play. (I know I won anyway) Multiplayer is nice, only because my wife has a WP and plays. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME and add other expansions.
6/20/2014Used to love this game! It updated and now it doesn't work. I've uninstalled it and tried to repurchase it but it says I own it so it reinstalls the broken version. It won't even load a game then because it pits up a message that it will only work if I purchase the "full" version. So, the game I've paid for, I can't use.
6/3/2014Online features don't work. Recently started crashing every game just before final scoring phase.
5/20/2014Crashes if you aren't playing a two player match... No online support... ****, now I want a refund...
5/18/2014Fun, but it crashes way too often.
5/16/2014Crashes too often. Single tap on checkmark sometimes skips follower placement. Online play does not work; connection keeps erroring out. Good game mechanics but buggy as $hit. How about a refund Microsoft?
