3/3/2014BodBot user for 2 weeks now and have already noticed a dramatic change in my physical wellness. Made the upgrade to plus user and now have more detailed options available as to which specific muscle builds I want to focus on but that requires the desktop version. I workout at home so I can easily select which equipment that I want to utilize for my exercise, though certain workouts require a little DIY creativity. Nonetheless, I really enjoy this app and highly recommend it for those experienced and beginners a like. Happy training and look forward towards our progress together ! =) -KiyoshiX7
3/3/2014I really enjoy the workouts that this creates for me to do at home. I do agree that it would be nice to be able to tell it any equipment that I do own. I do not use the food feature as I find entering my food tedious.
3/3/2014Pretty good and effective, but I wish it would give you to skip some exercises and take note if you can't do all of them.
3/3/2014It's a decent app. Although I have a few reasons why I gave it 3 stars: 1: The search for workouts and food doesn't work as efficiently as it should and sometimes the first item isn't related to what I searched. 2: Many of these workouts I've never heard of and require the demonstration video, but the videos aren't all there yet. 3: I'd prefer a more detailed look at the vitamin goals, as it only actually lists the protein and calorie goals. Those are minor issues that I'm sure will be fixed, hopefully soon. When they are, I'll update my review. I recommend this app.
