Functional, but it feels like an afterthought. Also, the "Deal of the Day" is no longer updated. This app does need some work; I hope Best Buy gets on it.

Pretty mediocre app. Search function is pretty useless as is scanning the QR codes in store. doesn't let you check in at the store. Logs me out often. It's Made progress but still has a long way to go.

I've been using an account online for many years but the app doesn't let me sign in with those credentials? Then why is it offering to have us login?

Need the option to save password so that I don't have to re-enter it every time launching the app. Imagine having to do that - irritating. I won't use.

    Can't login to existing account

As others have posted, can't login using working my.bestbuy.com credentials and also can't create a new account due to conflicting password requirements. Says try using spaces and special characters and then says you can't. Did anyone actually test this? Where I work you don't release a software update without being sure your users can actually use it. Not exactly rocket science.
