Cannot use HTC one m8 for mobile stretches the check outside all parameters no matter how close or how far. Had to use my old phone...otherwise app works well. Any suggestions? If can't be fixed I will probably delete.

This app does what you need it to do. The drawback is that it freezes. A lot. About 40% of the time that I attempt to make a mobile deposit, I end up restarting the program because of freezing. Please fix.

This app worked perfectly on my Lumina 8. I just upgraded to the Htc one and now this app does not work well at all when trying to take the check photo. It zooms in and does not adjust to enable a photo. Please test this app with this phone and fix.

I had a Lumia 928 and the app worked great. I now have an HTC One M8 and when trying to take a picture of a check for the deposit the Camera is messed up. It zooms way in when focusing so you have to hold the camera about 3 feet above the check to get it in the brackets but when you snap the pic it shows it as though you really were 3 feet above. Best way I know how to explain it. Not sure if it is a hardware issue or an update in between the time using the 2 phones.
