    App flat out doesn't work. Cannot login on cellular or WiFi. Please fix...

    Fails most of the times while pick up or drop off is in progress...

    Disaster of an app. Huge lags for every operation. Prompts for passwords at random times (why do I need to enter a password to return my car?). Pick-up/drop-off function refuses to work so I have to call customer support.
