    Horrible. It never remembers my login information and forces me to call AT&T where they try to sell me stuff I don't need or want.

    "Identity Manager encountered an error generating your account. Please try again later." I already have an account and can sign in through a computer just fine, but attempt to sign into this app loops this same error message. Called AT&T and spent 1 hour 30min trying to troubleshoot to the extent of resetting my phone even, and nothing fixed this app. Do not burden yourself with this app and there is no fix for this error as of yet.

    Worst cloud storage app I've used, and I'm speaking coming from iPhone and android, Microsoft should do something about such a bad app like this one.

    Can't access anymore. Been with Att for almost 10 yrs. If 1 1/2 yrs of pics are gone, I will drop them. B.S.
