10/16/2014Great app, does what its supposed to.
10/11/2014Can't do nothing without an account
10/5/2014Great app and only doesn't get five stars for the flaw that it will not save your eticket locally. This requires an internet connection. This has caused me to have to give the conductor my name to look up, which obviates the whole purpose of the app. The United app does all the same things and allows you to save locally. I hope they fix this in the next update.
10/5/2014Usually works fine, not getting through today
10/5/2014It's a really great app!
9/19/2014This is an excellent app, even on my Danish windows phone it works. I booked tickets from home, though it is not supported in my region. Thank you 😊 Bendt Sten
9/16/2014I really like having this with etickets, but can they be added to the phone wallet please? Also if tickets are not made online this apps ticket feature doesn't work.
9/9/2014This is a great app, I wish other services would take note and recognize how feature rich and smooth a well designed WP app can be. Great job Amtrak, makes it more likely I use the trains in the future.
9/7/2014I'm glad they developed an app, but this crashes every time the phone locks. And when it opens, I have to log in. I almost missed my train, standing there trying to remember the password. I can't rely on it for having my ticket, so it's useless to me. Still bringing a printed ticket. Sad.
9/6/2014Very nicely done
