The AirWatch MDM agent is a device management solution that enables you to secure, monitor, manage and support your entire fleet of smartphones, including Windows Phone 8.0. The agent works only in conjunction with the AirWatch console. It will be used to enroll an end user into AirWatch MDM. This enterprise solution provides your IT department a simple and integrated way to manage all mobile devices in your company, allowing you to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance your technical support. Click to activate the agent: 1) Download and install the AirWatch MDM agent for Windows Phone 8.0 through the Windows Phone Marketplace. 2) Once installed on your device, activate the enrollment with the server URL, the Group ID, user credentials and instructions provided by the IT department of your company. 3) When this is complete, the device will be enrolled into AirWatch MDM. If you need assistance or have problems with the AirWatch MDM agent or other services, please contact the IT support for your business. Bug Fixes
8/22/2014Not allowing me to enroll in my Nokia Lumia icon. Was working on my previous Nokia. Please get the bugs out.
8/12/2014HTC 8x, Won't let me enter my email address to enroll
7/9/2014Will not download
6/24/2014Does not provide confirmation. Takes me back to ownership page. Lame.
6/16/2014Dumb. Will never load. Stays on the start page with the loading dots.
6/11/2014Update: v3.3.1 fixes the enrollment issue seen in 3.3, however when you open the Agent (after updating), it takes several minutes for the Agent to complete its processes, which may take longer than the default screen timeout. On WP8.1 this doesn't appear to happen though. --- DON'T UPDATE TO 3.3! The last stable version is 3.2.2, do your best to keep your users on that version. Half of our users that updated to 3.3 lost their enrollment within the Agent, but not the phone's company apps. So the phone is still technically enrolled but if you have any compliance policies then they will trigger because the Agent is no longer communicating.
6/3/2014V3.3 has caused all Airwatch agents to reset the configuration. Can no longer access the app from device. Asking for hostname URL but wont accept it. Have to wonder how much testing was done prior to pushing this update to the market!! Very disappointed 😞
5/30/2014Since 3.3 update can no longer access the app. Removed connection however now keep getting error about cannot find host name.
5/27/2014My networking department said they would not support Windows Phone since they could not get it to work with 8.1. I just got this phone, so I'm stuck with it for 2 years without corporate email. Thanks AirWatch! :S
