6 Week Training is an easy to follow to program to help you reach your goal in the following exercises:

Hundred Pushups
Two Hundred Situps
Two Hundred Squats
Hundred Fifty Dips
Twenty Pullups

After taking the initial test for each of the exercises the program will put you in the appropriate workout level and keep track of your workout.After week two, four and five there is an Exhaustion Test that will determine which level of the program is right for you in the following week.You can always monitor your progress by looking though the logs and charts available.Also Featuring Super Set Mode which allows you to do multiple exercises instead of having a break in between sets.

    Fantastic little app. Use it more for the push ups than anything else but its a great app for what it does.

    I'm VERY disappointed... Used this app for the first time and STOPS halfway through my session... So I stopped and tried it again... Did the same thing.. I've tried this on and off for 3 hours! All while I'm doing my walking. Dislike and taking this **** app off my phone. I gave this app the benefit of a doubt but when u start messing with my accurate times and stop midway through my session just means to get a BETTER app than this hunk of junk. FIX THIS APP SO OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE SAME ISSUES .....

    Ideal. Perfect for my needs, although I wish it would automatically backup to OneDrive for me. Live tile is super motivating!!
