Share my connection
Want to share your Internet connection with your laptop or another device? You can turn your Windows Phone into a mobile hotspot by sharing your cellular data connection over Wi-Fi. Other Wi-Fi enabled devices can then use your shared data connection to connect to the Internet.
To set up Internet sharing

On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings
> Internet sharing. -
Turn Sharing
to On. -
Tap Setup.

On the Internet sharing screen, do the following, and then tap Done
:- In the Broadcast name box, type a network name. This is the name that you and others will see and use to connect to your shared connection over Wi-Fi on another device.
- Tap Security type, and then tap Password required (WPA2) or None (open).
- If you selected Password required (WPA2) for Security type, in the Password box, type a password that's required to connect to and use your shared connection.
To use your shared Internet connection on a Wi-Fi enabled device, select the broadcasted Wi-Fi network name, and then enter the password (if you chose to use one) .
Notes
- To share your cellular data connection, this feature must be available from your mobile operator and enabled on your current phone plan. This is also known as tethering and often costs extra.
- This feature might not work on your phone without a software update from your phone manufacturer. To find out if your phone model is eligible for this update, contact your phone manufacturer.
- When you and others use the shared connection on another device, it uses data from your cellular data plan. You should be aware of any data limits you have on your plan, so you don't get charged extra.

sharing. When you're sharing your cellular data connection, the Internet
