    Why bother offering a service that has structural problems? There is nothing so frustrating as starting to listen to a great talk/discussion/interview when 2 mins in it just stops..... & this is with very fast connection. How frustrating! Their support team says they are aware & working on it; but still waiting for a resolve two months later!!!
