Dismal, for an app with so much potential, the simple matter of refreshing lets it down

Refresh is broken on 1020. I have to manually close down the app to force a refresh and sometimes even that doesn't work.

Last updated 13/5/2012, very disappointing and highlights how their support is. Sky is not interested in Windows users based on recent chat sessions on their website. No SkyGo, either. My family is now leaving Sky for BT/Netflix instead as the support is just no longer there.
