• You can now transfer money from your Instant Access cash ISA account
• We’ve updated some customer messages within the app

Great Features
• View your transaction history for most of your accounts 
• Get Cash - withdraw up to £250 of your money a day from a RBS, NatWest or Tesco cash machine without a card. You can use Get Cash twice a day as long as you have at least £25 in your account (including overdraft facility) and stay within your daily withdrawal limit. A secure cash code will be provided which is valid for 3 hours until used to withdraw your cash. Only one code provided at a time
• Pay bills or people, just set up and make your first payment in Digital Banking 
• Transfer funds between your accounts
• Find your nearest cash machine or  branch, not available for low-memory handsets

How to Register
The app is available to RBS personal account customers aged over 11, with Digital Banking, a debit card, and a UK mobile number starting with 07.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, registering is simple. You just need your Digital Banking customer number, debit card and a few personal details. Your details will be verified within 24 hours and we’ll send you a text message when you’re all set to go. No customer number? Get a reminder or sign up for Digital Banking at www.rbs.co.uk/digital

    Very easy to use. No problems encountered so far. Easier to manage money on holiday (normally do internet banking from computer).

    Very disappointed. My RBS app on ios was brilliant, i come to windows and it is absolutely awful. Can't do any of the important banking transactions i did before such as paying credit card bill or transferring from saving account. What's more is because i then had to use my browser RBS blocked my online access as a security measure for trying to access using 2 methods with 2 minutes.... Well i wouldn't have had to if the app was any good in the first place!!!! Please sort it out

    Doesn't let me transfer money from my second account. Everything works fine besides this

    Utterly useless. Sticks in a loop. I have received my code so i enter it. It recognises my code and asks me for my password which i haven't set up yet. So i tell it i have forgotten it. This useless app then sends the registration code again. Meaning i cant proceed. It then tells me i can only do this a few times and now have to wait until tomorrow to retry. Utter 80110ks this app... Don't waste your time.

    Unfortunately I cannot even set it up. Text message doesn't come through to my phone. Shame really, it would've been really handy.

    In most ways excellent but one disastrous design failing. On paying someone has amount first and then defaults to first person in list. So easy to pay the wrong person. Should have choose person first. February 2014 I pointed out this critical failing at the end of last year. Nothing has been done about it. There is no feedback option in the app so one cannot make the point to RBS direct.
